And this is the picture that really started it all. I am so disgusted with this picture. I actually felt pretty that day and was excited to see pictures. Boy was I disappointed! Not to mention embarrassed for how I look! My arms look so huge! This picture motivated me to make a change.

I started working out January 2nd, but didn't really start taking it serious until I saw a 30 Day Challenge at my gym. To read more about that, click here.

 January 16th-Feb 15th
March 2012Then in the middle of February I started a 30 Day Shred workout DVD with Jillian Michaels. This next picture was taken at the end of those 30 days. I lost about 10 pounds during that month. This picture was taken afterwards.

Right after I finished 30 Day Shred, we went to Hawaii. And I ate terrible and gained some weight back. However, I was able to lose it within a week of getting back.
