Weight and Measurements

**Please keep any judgements or harsh criticism to yourself. It is not easy to admit how much you weigh, let alone post it for everyone to see. This is only to show the progress, not to scrutinize on how large I really am. I've been working extremely hard and I'm proud of myself, but I know I still have a ways to go. So if you are unable to remain judgement free, then don't even bother looking.

**Also, I used my at home scale for these body fat percentages. And I know they are significantly off, as much as 6-10%.  For example, at the start of my 30 Day Challenge, my scale said I was 44% BF. But when I got it tested at the gym with better equipment, it was closer to 36%. So although I know these are not accurate, it still enables me to keep track and make sure the number is going down.
